WCCB Staff

The Winnebago County Conservation Board employs three staff members:

Robert Schwartz, Director

As Director of the Winnebago County Conservation Board, Robert's jobs include administrative work such as budgeting and personnel matters, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Conservation Board. He is also responsible for new land purchases.

He has been with the WCCB since 1989 and can be reached at rschwartz@winnebagoccb.com.

Lisa Ralls, Naturalist

Lisa manages the WCCB's Environmental Education Program. She develops and presents environmental programs for school and youth groups, as well as for the general public. In addition, she publishes "The Prairie Country Quarterly" (the WCCB's public newsletter), issues press releases, writes a monthly column for county papers, and manages the WCCB web site.

She has been employed by the WCCB since 1985 and can be reached at lralls@winnebagoccb.com.

Rick Lillie, Natural Resource Manager

Rick's job duties include managing the parks and wildlife areas, including their day-to-day maintenance, as well as conducting habitat improvement projects. He is also in charge of the WCCB's Roadside Management Program.

He has been a WCCB employee since 1999 and can be reached at rlillie@winnebagoccb.com.
