Agenda for the next Winnebago County Conservation Board Meeting

The Winnebago County Conservation Board meets at Thorpe Park on the second Monday of each month at 8:00 A.M. These meetings are open to the public.

The Winnebago County Conservation Board, in the provision of services and facilities to the public, does not discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, color, sex, creed, national origin, or handicap. If anyone believes that he or she has been subjected to such discrimination, he or she may file a complaint with the WCCB or with the Office of Equal Opportunity, U.S. Department of the Interior, Washington, D.C., 20240

Man always kills the thing he loves, and so we the pioneers have killed our wilderness. Some say we had to. Be that as it may, I am glad I shall never be young without wild country to be young in. Of what avail are forty freedoms without a blank spot on the map?
